for Wedding Song Cover Purchase

By purchasing this song, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Permitted Use:
   The purchased song cover is provided for private, non-commercial use only. The client may use the recording exclusively for their wedding day, including its inclusion in the wedding video, provided it is not shared, distributed, or exploited commercially in any form.

2. Restrictions on Distribution:
   The client agrees that the recording may not be shared, distributed, or made publicly available through social media platforms, streaming services, or any other commercial or non-commercial distribution channels. The song cover cannot be sold, reproduced, or sublicensed in any manner.

3. Ownership and Rights:
   The client acknowledges that the master recording and any underlying intellectual property rights associated with the song cover remain the sole property of the artist/producer. The client does not acquire any ownership, copyright, or exclusive rights to the recording, and their use is limited strictly to the scope outlined in this agreement.

4. Non-Refundable:
   All purchases are final and non-refundable once the invoice has been paid and the song(s) have been delivered. The client accepts this policy at the time of purchase.

5. No Commercial Use:
   The client agrees not to use the recording for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to, resale, advertising, or any other activity that generates revenue.

6. Wedding Video:
   The recording may be included in the wedding video for the client’s personal use. However, the video containing the recording may not be distributed or published for commercial purposes.

By completing the purchase, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
